Credit card statements will show no reference to FantasySupplies.co.uk, the products you have purchased, the type of product, or our type of business.

All orders are sent in plain, secure, sealed packaging.

Rest assured we will not send catalogues or leaflets to your mailing address unless included with orders. We will only phone you if there is a problem with your order or payment and we have tried to contact you by email first and have had no reply.

To enable us to process your order as smoothly as possible please take note of the following points:

It is helpful to include a contact telephone number in case we need to confirm your details, if you do not want to provide a telephone number please ensure the email address you provide is accepting mail. Some free email accounts get deleted if not used for a period of time.

Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information. We will not ask for sensitive information via email. If you contact us about payment we would advise that you do not include your credit card number in the email.
