Delivery & Returns

If upon receipt the item you ordered is faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it or refund the purchase price accordingly. We will refund any return postage costs incurred.

Items made to personal specifications are excluded from the above policy and cannot be returned unless faulty.

We draw your attention to the personal nature of many of the items we supply, and the related issues of contamination and risks to health and safety if these items were to be returned after being opened or used. It is your responsibility to take care of any goods in your possession that you intend to return.
